KB Partners targets equity investments in the $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 range. Typically, we participate in the seed, first, or second round of institutional funding and continue to have active involvement throughout the term of the investment. We specifically target transactions in the following categories:

• Investments in operating companies in the early stages of their development that need capital to successfully expand their markets and business.
• Pure start-up situations where the product, the market, the technology, the concept, or the entrepreneur provides a compelling reason to invest.
• Experienced management seeking to purchase and operate a business, or a subsidiary or division of a larger company.
